Customers have a 30-day window from the purchase date to return an item unused. In order to qualify for a return, the item must remain unused and in the exact condition as when it was received by the customer. Additionally, it must be returned in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and will not be refunded the original shipping cost.
